How often do we restock?

We aim to restock every two weeks, but restock dates vary depending on product availability.


Where can I get Devv’s Cosmetics?

Devv’s Cosmetics is exclusively sold at devvscosmetics.com. Devv’s Cosmetics holds Pop-up shops in local areas. 


Do you test products on animals?

Devv’s Cosmetics is proud to be a 100% cruelty-free brand. We do not test any products or ingredients on animals, nor do we ask others to test on our behalf. 


Can I cancel my order?

Once order is place, it immediately begins to process. Therefore, we are unable to cancel or change an order once it is placed.


Can I get Devv’s Cosmetics Internationally?  

At this moment, Devv’s Cosmetics is only sold to United States and Canada but we are working on shipping worldwide. 


Do you offer returns?

Unfortunately, once an order has shipped, we are unable to offer refunds, returns, or exchanges. All sales are final. Devv’s Cosmetics reserves the right to refuse any returns at any time.

Can I modify my order once I place it?

No, unfortunately we cannot modify orders once they have been placed. All sales are final. So sorry for any inconvenience!



What if my order has missing, wrong and/or damaged items?

We are sorry that you had issues with your order and we will make sure to make it right! 

Please contact our customer care team info@devvscosmetics.com and provide your order number along with a photo of what was received and a photo of damaged products.  


All Damaged/missing or wrong items must be reported to us within 7 days of receiving your package. 


I broke my shadow! Please help.

All you have to do is place a tissue over your shadow pat and press down with a round flat item. And it’ll be as good as new.
